Cooking to prepare something tasty and beautiful for others by putting a smile on my face by eating has always been my wish and has always given me joy. If you asked me what job I would do today if I had become what I wanted to be, it would be exactly what I do now.
Create something extraordinary. Create something beautiful. Creating something that people remember what people look forward to, something that people give, fill them, fascinate and maybe also a bit captivates and, if only for a short moment, abducts them into another world and snatches them away from everyday life.
It doesn't always have to be super difficult or complex to look good!
Modifying existing dishes, reassembling them, taking apart or just a part that you know and can use ... also an option for at home think about it
